The access and/or use of this CoLogistics Project portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected here. The mentioned Conditions will be applicable independently of the General Contracting Conditions that in their case are of obligatory compliance.
www.cologistics-project.eu provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to the CoLogistics Project or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. Said responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents.
In said registration the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and legal information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he will be responsible, committing himself to make a diligent and confidential use of it. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or news groups) that IGAPE, the creator of the website offers through its portal and, by way of illustration but not limitation, not to use them for
IGAPE, the creator of the website, reserves the right to withdraw all those comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or children, public order or security or that, in its opinion, are not appropriate for publication. The CoLogistics Project is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as of the elements contained therein (by way of illustration, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; brands or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by the CoLogistics project or by its licensors or beneficiary partners.
By virtue of the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the method of making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, on any support and by any technical means, without the authorisation of the project partners, is expressly prohibited. The USER undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by the CoLogistics Project. You may view the elements of the portal and even print them, copy them and store them on the hard disk of your computer or on any other physical support as long as it is solely and exclusively for your personal and private use. The USER must abstain from deleting, altering, eluding or manipulating any protection device or security system that was installed in the pages of CoLogistics.
The IGAPE is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that could cause, by way of example: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid this.

The relationship between IGAPE-Project CoLogistics and the USER will be governed by the Spanish regulations in force and any dispute will be submitted to the provisions of the law, reaching the Court and the Tribunals of the Spanish legislation if necessary.
